Life is a journey. What direction are you taking your life? We believe God has a bigger plan for our lives (Jeremiah 29:11-13). It's all about taking first steps & next steps towards your best life found into relationships, not religion. Here are some initial and important steps to consider:
Here's a few steps to consider if you are exploring God or new to church.
CHECK OUT THE JOURNEY
We think you’ll find something exciting, fresh, and relevant to your life. We’re about relationships, not religion. Relationships with others and with Jesus are how we were meant to live. One of the best ways to experience that life is to connect with God and others who are in that same pursuit. We have 2 identical gatherings on Sundays at 9:30 & 11:00 am at our two different sites.
DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS
We would never expect someone to blindly just follow anything – especially when it comes to our spiritual lives. The Journey was designed for people to process questions, explore, and investigate at your own pace. We believe if God is God, then He can handle our questions, doubts and fears. So doubters and skeptics are welcome. As a part of our Journey Night Classes, we have a Beginnings Class with focused time on some of the big questions you might have about God and faith. Check the Night Class page for the current class line up.
CHECK OUT A NETWORK TEAM
Networks are a great way to take a next step beyond a Sunday morning experience. Our Network Teams provide a fun and easy way to get know a few other Journeyers in your own community, make a difference in the lives of others, and take some next steps with God along the way.
We may know some things about God; but if it’s about relationships, we need to really get to know Him personally. God is the God of second chances and He wants to connect with us no matter who we are or no matter what we've done. The Bible says that if we draw near to God, He will draw near to you (James 4:8). It says that if we seek God with all our hearts, we will find Him (Deut. 4:29). You can explore God at church and there's resources online at exploregod.com.
