HOPE CHRISTMAS PROJECT 2023

Every year at Christmas, we give you the opportunity to do something meaningful and give the gift of hope. This year is no different. We're looking to give a significant gift to our Global Partners and Collaborating Churches. Here are some details:

CONVERGE CARIBBEAN: DR
Last year we were able to sponsor Pastor Jackson in the Dominican Republic. He has a church that cares and supports for Haitian refugees. We covered his salary so he didn't have to work a separate job to provide for his family. This year we want to cover his salary again and also the rent for their church building. This will allow them to reach more people and continue to expand their network of churches. 

COMPASSION INTERNATIONAL: PERU
We support the Compassion Project in Santa Rosa and many of you sponsor the 200+ kids in the project. Compassion helps families escape generational poverty and wholeness care for kids. We can give a gift to the project and they will let us know how they use it. In previous years, they have used the gifts to upgrade their school or care kits during the panedemic with food, school supplies and medical needs. 

COLLABORATION CHURCHES
We partner with Restore Church and Venture Church to share hope along the lakeshore. We have committed funds to support them in their beginning stages and part of the Hope Christmas Project will so to that commitment. 

MAILER
If we have enough funds, we will look at doing an Easter mailer to reach more people in our community.
