We may have experiences from our past that still hurt, cause stress, anger, or negatively affects our life.  How do we heal from our past?   Whether they are wounds from a relative, friend, teacher, or our own choices, they don’t heal on their own.  We have to be intentional if we expect to heal.  When did someone teach you how to heal from wounds? My guess is like most people the answer is “nobody.”  Come join us for four weeks of training on how to facilitate your own healing!  Steven Kreitzer, a licensed professional counselor and speaker from Winning At Home will lead this class.
