Hey everyone!  Today is Day 9 and we're praying for our hourly essential workers - grocery store clerks, bank tellers, gas station attendants, restaurant employees, and more.  

Remember Psalm 17:6 tells us to call on God because He will answer.  We ask Him to bend down and hear our prayers.

Heavenly Father, today we pray for our hourly essential workers.  We are so grateful for them as they provide each of us with the opportunity to take care of the essential needs in our life.  We pray that you would meet their needs.  Be their provider.  Lord we know for some they are nervous, anxious about being with the public so much.  Father, we pray for your hand of protection over them, for safety, for health.  We pray that you would protect their families.  We know some have children at home and they are trying to juggle a lot - meet their needs.  Lord, some are worried about hours, worried about their jobs, others are working more hours than ever.  Whatever the situation, may their trust be in you today.  We ask for your blessing and favor upon each one, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
