Today in our 21 Days of Prayer we are praying for all those who are immune-compromised, the elderly, those with pre-existing conditions, the homeless, the poor.  Anyone who is more vulnerable to serious complications from the Coronavirus.  Psalm 20:1 says "May the Lord answer you when you are in distress; may the name of the God of Jacob protect you".  We are praying protection over the most vulnerable today.

Heavenly Father,

Today we pray for all those who are immune-compromised, or those with pre-existing conditions, we pray for the elderly and those who are homeless or poor.  For each of those who are more vulnerable to this disease we pray for you to be their protector.   We pray for their safety and health.  We pray for any caregivers that they would be healthy as well.  We pray for a calm spirit and peace for them and for those who care for them.  We pray that they would heed the warnings to isolate and we pray for connections for them even in the isolation.  We pray that in the middle of some real anxiety and worry for some, that you would bring peace to their soul.  We commit them to you and ask your blessing upon each one who is more vulnerable to this disease - in the name of Jesus, Amen.
