A RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD

ROMANS 6:23 FOR THE WAGES OF SIN IS DEATH, BUT THE GIFT OF GOD IS ETERNAL LIFE THROUGH JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD!

We are designed to have a relationship with God.  However, our sin seperates us from Him.

Romans 6:23 tells us that the wages of sin is death.  Because we have all sinned, we deserve to be seperated from God, and we are destined for death in hell.

However, Romans 6:23 also tells us that God didn't leave us hanging.  It says that the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ.  Romans 5:8 states that God loves us, that Jesus was crucified & paid the price for our sins.  The cross canceled sin & gives us the option to gain a relationship with God and eternal life in heaven.

Romans 6:23 states that this is a gift.  We cannot earn our way to heaven.  It is a matter of believing that Jesus is the one & only way.  It is about trusting Him and living in and for Him.  The question is, "Where are you?"
